My whole life is driving my kids around, cleaning my house, and cooking dinner for my family. I just can’t do it all anymore.” Another patient replied “Everyone has to do that. Quit playing the victim.” This greatly upset the first patient who starts crying uncontrollably. What should you do?

Milieu therapy is an important mental health treatment. Group therapy supports the individual to help them to grow in a positive way,it is a positive tool and therapeutic goals to guide, comfort and enrich members. this group can comfort people when they are unhappy and lost. As a well trained mental health professional in the group act as a leader, it provides healthy and positive peer reinforcement, teaches new social skills. In this situation manage the patient's own emotional lives, get help from a counsellor to deal with this situation and encourage patient to involve in family interaction, making him spend time together during the treatment process.
