Why might a global start-up company be more difficult to manage than a purely domestic company?

A global start- up company from it's inception they try to achive competetive advantage from the use of resources and sale of products in multiple countries. They start their activities with a borderless view of the world. They try and develop strategies to expand globally right form inception. They carry out opeartions in multiple countries, hence they are diffilcult to manage.

In contrast the domestic companies slowly try to expand their operations internationally. They are confined within the geographical boundaries of the country , hence they are easy to manage.
