Answer #1

A nurse can do a bladder scan which are usually portable type. There should be a clear indication for doing this like post op cases, post catheter removal, urethral structure, neurogenic bladder, incontinence ,retension, etc. Here the nurse after assessing the patient can do the scan and find out the amount of routine and take appropriate measures to empty the bladder. This enables a nurse to assess whether there is any retention after catheter removal. This is an act of process rights and cannot be procedural injustice because nurses are allowed to do this procedure. Here the nurse cannot make a self authorisation without right rational so it cannot be a autonomy, Malpractice is an act of doing wrong to patient.

Ans:process ri
