Clean Price means a price which does not involve any accrued interest.

Hence,

Periods = 26*4

YTM = 14.14%/4

Coupon = 9.43%/4

FV = $100

Using excel funciton, "=PV(14.14%/4,26*4,-100*9.43%/4,-100,0)", we get Clean Price = $67.59
