b. The shelf life after reconstitution is 1 hour.

c. The withdrawable(total) amount of medication in the vial is 1 ml.

d. Ampicillin to be administered

Dose on hand / Quantity on hand = Desired dose / Quantity desired

125 mg /1 ml = 100 mg / X

125 * X = 100 * 1

X = 100 * 1 / 125 = 0.8 ml

So,0.8 millilitres of ampicillin will be administered.
