Answer: Stress causes harmful affects on our body as well as on our mind. The human dimensions that are being affected such as emotional, spiritual as well as social.

Adaptation is necessary as to survive in the present environment. The adaptation is a key to survival. Adaptation enable the person to compete and stay updated to the fast moving world.

Stress causes health problems such as heart disease, chronic diseases such a hypertension etc. The hormonal levels can be monitored to see the level of the stress.
