Ans. Systematic measurement error is consistent, repeatable error associated with faulty equipment or a flawed experiment design . These errors are usually caused by measuring instruments that are incorrectly calibrated or are used incorrect.

In measurement error is the difference between a measured quantity and its true value . It includes random error and systematic error.

Examples for systematic errors is forgetting to tareor zero a balance produces mass measurement that are always off by the same amount . An error caused by not setting an instrument to zero prior to its use is called sn offest error
