The Federal Emergency Management Agency is a government agency helping the people or victim to meet their loss (uninsured, underinsured are covered) during a disaster like hurricane. They provide financial help to rebuild their house ,society ,be protected and aware of any hazards

In biological and terror attack there is a need for physical and psychological recovery of the patient due to disaster

It does not covers all needs of an individual
