CD4 is a type of WBC that protects the body or it has immune function . Viral load indicates no of hiv particles in one millimeter of blood . When viral load increase it will start destroying CD4 cells.. when it CD4 cells no is less than 200 cells/ mm​​​3​. Then it indicates person is suffering from AIDS. Generally we call it Aids when it is on stage 3 of HIV infection . So in this question it indicates the person may going towards AIDS.
