should parental leave( i.e., maternity and paternity leave) be legally required benefit in the United States? why or why not?

Parental leave has been available as a legal right and/or governmental program for many years, in one form or another.

In my opinion parental leave is benefited to nation as well as the worker who avail this leave.

In parental leave Most of the nation provide incentive to worker and they dont cut the salary of worker.

Through parental leave morale of the worker also increased and the worker after the expiry of leave he/ she work in with full capacity with effectively and efficient manner. This way the production of the company increase and this directly affected the nation growth.  

There are two type of parental.leave

Private funding in this type the funding in parental leave provide to women in the time delivery and caring of new born baby but if he take longer time period of leave then the promotion chances of women in private company is less and may be fired from the organisation.

Public funding in this type of leave the women take leave as much as she want to care of his child and goverment provide salary and incentive to women also
