Examples include major news publications, a university blog or publication, an online magazine or trade journals. The communication selected must state the name of the author. Do not use information from Wikipedia, Dictionary.com, Encyclopedia.com or any other secondary source. Select a paragraph from the chosen source with at least five sentences. Provide the paragraph and the source in the first part of your discussion post.

Part 2: Share an evaluation of the paragraph that you selected. Address the following information in your post: - Does the paragraph provide a clear topic sentence? - Is the paragraph unified and cohesive? - Are the sentences easy to read and understand? - Are the sentence lengths varied to produce a natural flow? - Is the most important idea presented prominently in each sentence? - Does the paragraph use active and passive voices correctly?

This communication article is based on Leadership topic.

"Managing more than leading. Leadership and management are two different disciplines. Good leaders can be great at managing teams and ensuring projects are done on time, task and budget. They get things done. More often than not, they have been hired or promoted into the position based on subject matter expertise. But sometimes, they lack the ability to engage, inspire and emotionally connect people to the mission narrative. "( Brent Gleeson,2019).

This paragraph is very clear and relate to the topic. The simple use of words in this paragraph makes its easy to read and understand. The flow of sentences connect one to another which gives a clear meaning to the reader.There is correct use of vocab, adjectives,punctuations means this paragraph is grammatically correct. This is the main sign of good written communication in professional manner.When you read this paragraph, you will get a unified meaning because each sentence lead to both pros and cons of the topic.The topic is how good leaders different from great so This paragraph is one piece which tell us how good leaders can be good as well as have issues at workplace.For example- we can see in last sentence that they have some lackness in thier leading style.

Leadership is used correctly

Management is used correctly

Disciplines is used correctly

These three words are used correctly because these three words show the connection of passage with main topic.also easy to understand and read.

Lack is used correctly because it shows how good leaders can be great as well as bad at managing or leading.

Narrative is also used correctly because narration word show the whole comprehension of mission of a company which must be understand and achieved by leader.
