(A) If some solid ( powder) adhere to glass rod that mean some antacid is adhered, so number of moles of HCl will less neutralize by antacid. Finally antacid neutralizing capacity will decrease.

(B) Now it will consume less NaOH, so excess moles of HCl will be less. It will increase neutralizing capacity.

(C) Now more NaOH will be in calculation. It will decrease excess moles of HCl. Finally antacid neutralizing capacity will decrease.

(D) Now we have less excess acid, less NaOH will require. It will increase neutralizing capacity.

(E) it will not change neutralizing capacity of antacid.
