\Delta[NOBr] / \Deltat = 2.24 x 10-2 M/s

substitute these value in above expression

1/2 (2.24 x 10-2) =  \Delta[Br2] /\Deltat

\Delta[Br2] /\Deltat = 1.12 x 10-2 M/s
