Answer #1

If the UK leaves the European Union than it will decrease the availability of goods and services in the monopolistically competitive sector as the UK will design its own rules and regulation that the firms need to follow in order to sell the goods and services in the UK and the firms that are unable to meet those new rules and regulation will leave the UK which will decrease the supply of goods and services in the UK and thereby increasing the price of goods and services for the UK consumers.
