Discuss the design and implementation of one of the main components of Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), how is the option you selected connected to LEED v4 (how many points can you earn considering that option?)
INDOOR ENVIRONMENT QUALITY Credit Category
Prerequisite - EQp1 Minimum IAQ Performance
Intent
Establish minimum indoor air quality (IAQ) performance to enhance
indoor air quality in buildings, thus contributing to the comfort
and well-being of the occupants.
Requirements
Meet the minimum requirements of Sections 4 through 7 of ASHRAE
62.1-2004, Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality.
Mechanical ventilation systems shall be designed using the
Ventilation Rate Procedure or the applicable local code, whichever
is more stringent.
Naturally ventilated buildings shall comply with ASHRAE 62.1-2004, paragraph 5.1.
Mechanical ventilation systems installed during core and shell construction shall be capable of meeting projected ventilation levels based on anticipated future tenant requirements.
Credit - EQc3.4 Green Cleaning - Sustainable cleaning equipment
Credit points - 1/1
Intent
To reduce the exposure of building occupants and maintenance
personnel to potentially hazardous chemical, biological and
particulate contaminants that adversely affect air quality, human
health, building finishes, building systems and the environment,
from powered cleaning equipment.
Requirements
Implement a program for the use of janitorial equipment that
reduces building contaminants and minimizes environmental impact.
The cleaning equipment program must require the following:
Keep a log for all powered cleaning equipment to document the date of equipment purchase and all repair and maintenance activities and include vendor specification sheets for each type of equipment in use.

Nursing Admistrator Discuss why it is important to evaluate your quality improvemeng implementation process within a medical facility. Describe key components of an effective evaluation design and how a strong evaluation plan informs change management?
Select one of the following main components of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and discuss at least one strength and weakness of the component: individual mandate, employer mandate, Medicaid eligibility expansion, or insurance market regulation. How do you think that the identified weakness might be addressed?
Assignment 2 (Individual) Individual Assignment 2- Quality Engineering QUE51BN Due date: At the end of week 8 (the exact date will be communicated) Today's customers are intelligent enough to recognise quality issues that organisations face. Therefore the firm that does not take heed of its customers is in for a rude awakening or at worst a quick demise. This is why an understanding of quality is still vital to every employee in every firm. According to Joseph Juran, the most...
Introduction to environmental health class Instructions Environmental Hazards Increase in Environment Related Health Hazards in Recent Years The study of environmental health is crucial to one's understanding of the hazards and potential adverse effects posed by environmental agents and the extent to which environmental factors play a role in human disease. This foundation is essential for being an effective advocate for preventing environmentally caused diseases and for more advanced study of environmental health issues. Using the South University Online Library...
Implementing Risk Management Strategies Choose one of the policy implementation documents from this week's readings (a) DHS Risk Management Fundamentals OR (b) DoD Cybersecurity Culture and Compliance Initiative. Using your selected policy implementation document (DHS or DoD), prepare a two page briefing paper (5 to 7 paragraphs) for the senior leadership and Red Clay Renovations corporate board. Provide specific information about "the company" as appropriate for your briefing content. In your briefing paper, you should address how this type of...
Suppose you have been asked by a food company to design an experiment that examines consumers’ purchase intentions toward their product (i.e., cereals), as a result of their recent pricing strategies (i.e., low price, high price) and product quality (i.e., organic offerings, nonorganic offerings) strategies. Basically, they would like to know the best combination of product quality offering and pricing strategy that yields the highest levels of consumers’ purchase intentions. How would this experiment look like? When working on this...

Part I. Understanding What Makes an Experiment 1) Please identify the 3 vital components of an experiment. After identifying each component, write at least one sentence elaborating on/explaining each component (10 points) Answer – The most conventional type of experiment involves three major pairs of components: independent and dependent variables, pretesting and post testing, and experimental and control groups. An experiment examines the effects of independent variable on a dependent variable. 1- Manipulate at least one independent variable. This means...
Design and implement a class for a one person guessing game as described on page 30, Chapter 1, Programming Problem 7 of the textbook. CSCI 2421 HW1.jpg Submit header file guess.h, implementation file guess.cpp, main function file main.cpp that asks initial seed number, and prints three sequential numbers generated by the program. You need to include a makefile, and Readme file pseudocode version UF comments in your code. 6. Exercises 6, 7, and 8 ask you to specify methods for...
