>>H2SO4 is a diprotic acid. It is dissociated in water as,

H2SO4 (aq) + H2O = H3O+ (aq) + HSO4- (aq)

HSO4-(aq) + H2O = H+(aq) + SO4^2- (aq)

>> H2SO4 is a strong acid while, HSO4- is a weak acid, hence it gives lower concentration of SO4^2- ion.

Thus, 0.1 M H2SO4 has same highest concentration of H3O+ and HSO4- ions.
