1. Higher Profits: Being a globally called supply chain manager has the main advantages or high growth and higher profits. Your organisation being a global one has certain and regulations to be followed and thus this makes the manager for higher profits.

2. Higher Knowledge: The advantage of learning is also seen one of the advantages for the supply chain manager. Being in contract for Boeing for making kf 787 Dreamliner, more skills and knowledge is required which is explained below into details.

3. Training and Development: One of the most effective and efficient jobs for the supply chain for supply chain managers are the one requiring the proper skillset and so. Thus, for making people understand, rules and regulations have certainly be removed to make it more open and friendly atmosphere.
