reason : since, the product is not able to gain market share and also competition is entering the market it shows that the strategy of the company is not working out.

Financial - Price point too high

The product is priced at a higher range and may not make revenues as desired.

Operational risk - Product design flaws

Is an internal risk in which the product did not meet the consumer's expectations.
