There are three departments - Mechanical Engineering (M), Electrical Engineering (E), and Civil Engineering (C). The number of students in each department is given in the following table. Find the standard quota to two decimal places for all three departments. Department MEC Enrollment 233 297 153 42) For the problem given above, use Hamilton's method to find the apportionment for each department.

Now 2 scholarships left...now we allocate 1-1 scholarship which have high fractional part...
