The equation III shows Dissociation of acetic acid in water.

Acetic acid being weak acid, if protons are added into the solution, reaction will go backward , equilibrium will shift towards left according to le chateliers principle. As it will try to cancel out the effect of addition of new molecule by preventing its own dissociation.

Addition of acetic acid will increase the reactant, so the reaction move towards right, forward direction and equilibrium shifts right side.
