Answer #1

Domestic terrorism arises from within a country whereas, international terrorism arises from other countries or factions outside a country. The problem is that international terrorism can contribute to domestic terrorism. International terrorism could be easily monitored and controlled in terms of security but homeland terrorism poses a greater threat to the security. This is because no one would be able to identify who is the terrorists within a country. People could be brainwashed and made to contribute to terrorism which means it could be for money or position. It is possible to identify the terrorists only after an incident happens whereas international terrorists are those who are already identified by the international community thus very easy to tackle.
