6.1. Why is the multiplier effect for the Los Angeles Lakers likely to be greater than the multiplier effect for the Sacramento Kings even though they are both teams in the NBA?

Both these teams are in the NBA and are also in California. However the multiplier effect will depend on the ability of a team to generate revenue.In case of the Lakers the ability of generating revenue is much greater and so the multiplier effect will be significantly greater for them. The brand value and intangibles that the Lakers have is much greater and so the multiplier is larger in the way they generate their revenue.
