Due to the distance between the team members, it has the issue of effective communication
Trust and cohesion among the team members is not easily formed
There may be some issue of cultural differences
It is not easy to manage and control

It is important to have trust among the team member to have successful virtual team
The effectiveness in collaboration among the team members will define its success
The team members should be provided the autonomy to work
