We know that we reject the null hypothesis when P-value< \alpha , where \alpha is the level of significance.

For this problem, the correct option is

option d : The null hypothesis will be rejected at \alpha =0.05 as P-value=0.03<0.05

Reason:

The first option is not applicable as P-value=0.03<0.05 which is the criterion on the basis of which the null hypothesis will be rejected.

The second option is also not applicable. Even though the null hypothesis is rejected when \alpha =0.05, we fail to reject the null hypothesis at \alpha = 0.01 because P-value=0.03>0.01. The condtion doesnt hold because both the condidtion needed to be true.

The third option is also not apllicable as P-value=0.03>0.01 ,which means that we fail to reject the null hypothesis.

So the correct option is option d.
