INTRODUCTION.

Obesity in the initial ages of childhood became a new issue for the healthcare department. As today teenage and even toddlers are gaining more and more wait at an early age as they adapt very unhealthy habits on there routine and lifestyle. There is one more common reason is found that both parents are working nowadays that is why children get more time to waste their time in an unhealthy routine, they spend more time on screen and eating junk. That is they are gaining weight day by day.

If I got selected as the consultant by the facility to initiate a weight loss program for the children I will take following steps and method in favor of children are:-

  • I will first talk to parents about the health and their priority toward there children and major causes they can face in there later life.
  • I will make some rules like avoiding video games and screen time of children and make them involved in a playground with some physical games.
  • Make parents involve more and more in the activities of there children and at least weekly outing with whole family either in a park or any chosen sport.
  • Make them more aware of there own health and what benefits they may have with good health.
