2-What is the advantage of using client-side widgets over server-side widgets? Also, what is the problem of using server-side widgets?
this client side widgets and server side widgets are important and nare the needed purposes.
by the client side widgets have many advantages over server side widget.i am including the points,
by maintaining the server side widgets are difficult than the client side.this server side makes more overhead in operations.
server side needs more resources and must need more softwares for working.
dynamic scripts use in server side generate many security problems and this violates the integrity, confidentiality and login issues etc for the whole system.
more space utilities are needed for its proper working and more dynamic database storge is also necessary.
i hope these informations are helpful for you.please rate me if you like my answer.your supports are my energy.God bless you friend....

For client and server communication By using Diffe and Helman algorithm(DH) generate a secret session key(k) from both sides (from client and server separately) by using Java .and also by accepting some message from client by using the generated secret session key (K) encrypt the message from client-side and send to server and server uses the generated secret session key(k) of his own and decrypt the received encrypted message in java. thanks in advance.
Problem 3 Reimplement the echo server and client using TCP. The TCP server should support multiple client connections. Each connection should be handled by a thread. After sending a response (echo), the thread execution should stop. The main server thread, as previously, is supposed to run in a loop until manual termination.
Objective: Create a proxy server that can be connected by a single client and would only allow http requests. Requirements: 1. Create a C based client-server architecture using sockets 2. The server should be able to accept and service single client’s http requests 3. The server should be run on cse01.cse.unt.edu machine and the client should be run on cse02.cse.unt.edu machine Procedure: 1. Create a C-based server that can accept single client’s request using sockets 2. The created server should...
Q7 The following Client side Java code can send a message to the server side via UDP socket. The client side Java code and the server side Java code are running in two different hosts respectively. The server side host name is “MyFileServer”. The server side receives the message and converts all the letters in the message received to uppercase, then sends the modified message back to the client side. Please read the code carefully, and fill out the blanks...

Problem: Implement a FIFO program in which a client sends the server 3 variable names (strings). A valid variable name is defined for this assignment to be 6 characters or less, consisting only of lower-case letters from a to 'z', inclusive. The server checks the name for validity, and if valid, it counts the number of in the variable name. Each of the original variable names is sent back to the client, along with a message whether it is valid...

To develop a client/server application using TCP sockets and the C programming language that is capable of supporting multiple concurrent service requests from different clients. PROBLEM You are to use the Ubuntu operating system as well as both the client and the server programs. You are to modify your server program to process requests from more than one client concurrently. This means different clients may request either the same service or a total different one.
