Answer #1

My case study is about Lehman Brothers. It was the fourth largest company in U.S.Its bankruptcy was seen in the year 2008.

While its capitalization rate was high sometimes before bankruptcy bt due to its overconfidence and lack of proper portfolio management when U.S was facing financial crisis leads to its bankruptcy.

As the CTO of the company , I would have firstly distribute the portfolio in those sectors which shows positive return. And I would not be overconfident if I was compensating smaller losses.

Critical success factors are proper business model and strategic theme which should be implemented effectively.
