new price = 100 + 10% of 100

new price = 100+ 0.1 (100)

new price = 100 + 10

new price = 110

.

now price is reduced by 10%

so new price is given by

new price = 110 - 10% of 110

new price = 110 - 0.1 (110)

new price = 110 - 11

new price = 99

which is not same as original so the statement is false

option A is correct
