I am elaborating on Ecofeminism. Any other details I can add in on the term / explanation ? What is your view on Ecofeminism?

Ecofeminism is a movement that sees critical connections between the domination of nature and the exploitation of women. It adds both a commitment to the environment and an awareness of the associations made between women and nature. It focuses on the way both nature and women are treated by male-centered society. They examine the effect of gender categories in order to demonstrate the ways in which social norms exert unjust dominance. It is a way of combining feminism and environmentalism. There are key points relating ecofeminism and environmental ethics together are the neither are inferior to man and both should be treated in the same respect.

Ecofeminism explains their importance of both nature and women and they are interconnected with each other. It stresses that both women and environment are important for the survival which is true as their is no balance in nature without both of them . According to ecofeminism both women and environment are being neglected and gender based dominance is more in the society which is absolutely true. So human beings must learn to respect everyone equally and also safeguard the environment without which human life could not sustain.
