Company: "Bishrom Eyewear" a leading nepali eyewear brand. we design our products in Nepal and make them in china. Bishrom is a first Nepali eyewear brand and have stores in major cities in Nepal. We design our sunglasses in our headquarter in Kathmandu. We pass that design to the Manufacturer in China and they manufacture the design for us. They ship our products to Nepal after the manufacture is done. the whole process takes a month.

Any good business plan has the following aspects to it which need to be highlighted in a presentation

1. Mission, Vision, Goals and objectives : It is important for an organization to first show what is mission, vision, goals and objectives are.

2. Value Proposition and Keys to success : highlight what makes 'Bishrom Eyewear' different from the other eyewear brands in the industry. If the designs are a key value proposition, display them in the presentation.

3. Market Scenario: While creating any business, you should always analyse the market you are planning on entering.

4. SWOT Analysis: Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat Analysis of the business that you are proposing. Understanding your weaknesses and threats is great for growing your business

5. Competitors Comparison: Compare the competitors in the market vis-a-vis their product offerings. This will help you differentiate your product and company from the pre existing ones.

6. Operational Plan: How does 'Bishrom Eyewear' plan to operate. Show how the products are designed in Nepal and then how the orders are made in China.

7. Marketing Plan: Highlight how you plan to market the eyewear company and show its value to the customers.

8. Management Structure: The hierarchy of the management of the company needs to be displayed as well.

9. Financial Plan: How you plan to bring the cashflow for the production of the eyewear, along with other financial details.
