  • Option D , Enantiomer pair will have same optical rotation but opposite sign of rotation.
  • Enantiomers are optical isomers and are non super impossable mirror images of each other .
  • The optical rotation of both the isomers will be same in magnitude. But have opposite sign of rotation. One isomer rotates palne polarized light clockwise and other rotates anticlockwise.
  • So the optical rotation of one isomer of enantiomer pair is -109.8o , the optical rotation of the other enantiomer would be +109.8o
