When a value is added to y, the graph shifts that units to the upside.

So, according to the equation, y = ex+1-3, graph of ex is shifted left by 1 unit and shifted down by 3 units.

So A is the correct option.

b.) Domain is the all possible value that x can take in the function. As for all values of x, the function is defined, domain of the function is (-inf, +inf).

c.) As the smallest value ex can have is 1 (when x = -inf), the smallest value of y is 0-3 = -3.

Largest value of ex is inf, So largest value of y is inf.

So Range of function is (-3, +inf).
