step 01

connect the bolcks as shown below

step 02

set the input voltage v1=48 volt

and pulse generator as shown below

step 03 run the model by keeping load r=8 ohm and you will see the plot as shown below

now duty ratio in pulse generator is kept 58.33 percent for given switching frequency which gives us the required result overaing arround 28 volt with less ripple and input voltage 48 vlt.
