[To make this assumption, we must grant the fundamental premise that such clearly racial demarcations as White, Black, Yellow, Brown, etc. actually can be drawn and that they have overriding cultural significance.]

Yes,There have been a dominance of the white race in American and much of the western culture.In every field either job or any other ,we can see clearly the involvement of whitevrace are much and they are richer than any other race.The yellow, brown and Black race has always been treated as slaved by them frim the ancient time.And the tradition is little bit responsible for all this and the embedded dominance of the white race in American and other western culture.
