From the table its clear that the newlyweds who live with family who have annual household income <$20,000 is 89.

Also the newlyweds who live with family who have annual household income between $20-35,000 is 69.

The newlyweds who live with family who have annual household income between $35-50,000 is 30.

The newlyweds who live with family who have annual household income between$ 50-75,000 is 4.

And the newlyweds who live with family who have annual household income > $75,000 is 2.

Therefore the marginal frequency for newlyweds who live with family is sum of 89,69,30,4,2

i.e. The marginal frequency for newlyweds who live with family = 89+69+30+4+2

= 194

Hence the correct answer is option A.194.

The rest of the options are incorrect as the calculated above answer is 194.
