292 people were randomly selected

Conditional distribution of the variable "income bracket" for Republicans.

From the contingency table the income Bracket for republican

Low Middle High Total
Republican 54 46 48 148

Conditional Distribution of the variable \chi

54 -148 Now = _ * 100 = 36.5

X low = 36.5%

midale k 100 Xmiddle total

46 Xmiddle-100 31.1

Xmiddle = 31.1%

high = high * 100 Xhigh total

high = 418 * 100 = 32.4 -148

Xhigh = 32.4%

Hence option c is correct

Low : 36.5%

Middle = 31.1%

High = 32.4%
