The once dotted red are the chiral centers.

See, the Carbon which is substituted with all four different groups are said to be chiral. And provides chirality to the compound. But take care of double bond, in tha case, carbon is already substituted with same group twice, so it can't be a stereogenic center.

In case of Heteroatoms, do count the lone pair along. Oxygen with 2 lone pairs can't possess chirality where as an asymmetrical nitrogen can.
