Firstly,you have drawn the wrong structure of the compounds.

As mentioned,

Acetaminophen has extended conjugation all over the molecule as the -OH and -NHCOCH3 are in favorable positons to assist the conjugation. So it is a POLAR compound.

Acetyl Salicylate has more NON-POLAR parts than it small polar portion in the molecule which makes it slightly soluble in Polar solvent WATER and soluble i Non- Polar solvent Benzene.

Caffeine has a favorable number of more electronegative 'N' and 'O' atoms(more electronegative than Carbon) in its molecule to be a POLAR compound.
