Given,

Diameter = 4.7 cm

Radius,  R= 2.35 cm = 0.0235 m

Mass, m=2.8 kg

Now,

Angular speed,  ω = 600 rpm= 600 (2π/60) rad/s = 20π rad/s

So,

Angular momentum = Iω = (mR^2/2)(20π) = 0.0485 kg-m/s

Direction = negative x direction since it is clockwise about positive x axis.
