Identify risk factors for the development of a pressure ulcer:

Pressure ulcer occure due to lack of blood supply, and thus supply of oxygen and nutrients, to a part of the body that is also affected by pressure. In this the tissue area was damage that occurs as a result of skin and underlying soft tissue compression from pressure between a surface and a bony prominence. Pressure ulcer can leads to impairment of skin and tissue integrity and it can reduce blood flow and lead to ischemia, inflammation, and necrosis of tissue.

Risk factirs are

1. Stree

2. Duration of stress

3. Paralysis or spasticity

4. Infection

5. Edema

6. Moisture

7. Lack of nerve supply

8. Poor nutrition
