Human sexual response is cycle which refers to a series of physical and emotional phases .

The stages of the sexual response cycle are a general guideline,so every person's subjective experience varies.

The sexual response cycle generally have these four common stages-

1.Excitment: The excitement phase is the initial phase of arousal.whether from partnered sexual activity or solo masterbate the excitement remains same.

2.Plateau: In this stage both male and female experience powerful surges of sexual excitement or pleasure.This phase can be very short term,typi typically lasting a few seconds to a few minutes.
