LAX airport is the second largest busiest airport in US.The aiport is situated around 3,500 acres and has four parallel runways. The location is airport is in the city area an has connectivity through road, metro etc. Lot of business opportunities were able to scaleup due to the presence of this airport because thousands of people connect to the airport on daily basis. The township area surrounded to airpot has a good strech over 5kms radius and plenty of hangout points, restaurants , hotels other utilitiy shopping malls are avaliable in the locations.

The traffic to the approach area is very high during the peak hours and it not planned well for th future requirements. Need of pricniple stakeholder is to reach the airport on time without much traffic huzzles and cost of living and cost of everything in the surrounded area is bit higher and not affordable for all class of people.
