Interpersonal acceptance refers to the ability of a person to relate well with people and manage relationship. It enables people to understand the needs and motivation of those around them, which helps strengthen their overall influence. People with interpersonal acceptance seem to stand out in a crowd as people with lots of Friends and can easily adapt to social situations. Mother Teresa is best known for her charity work and her ability to understand the feelings of the poor. Because of her interpersonal acceptance she was able to set up missionary of charity that manages homes for people living with HIV/AIDS, Leprosy,TB,and other diseases. She was also into family and children counseling programs.

Stewardship is a term used by believers of Christ. Stewardship is a way of living in which humans recognize that we are not the owner of the planet but we are the care takers. People like Mother Teresa are great examples of stewards. Mother Teresa founded the missionaries of charity,a Roman Catholic charity . Members of the charity must adhere to vows of poverty, obedience and the major rule to give whole hearted free services to the poorest of the poor. People like Mother Teresa are the perfect examples of stewards. Their aim is to save creation at all costs.

Humility is the mother of all virtues; purity, charity and obedience. It is in being humble that our love becomes real , devoted, and ardent. Mother Teresa is a perfect example of humility because nothing will touch you , neither praise nor disgrace, because you know what you are. She will speak as little as possible about herself and keep her busy with her own affairs and not those of others. For her learn to be humble by doing all the humble work and doing it for Jesus. When we hear the word authentic,we immediately associate it with being credible,pure, reliable,and trustworthy. Authentic leadership approach through five basic characteristic: They understand their purpose; they have strong values about the right things to do; they establish trusting relationship with others; they demonstrate self discipline and act on their values; they are passionate about their mission. Mother Teresa is truly authentic leader because she dedicated her life to a greater purpose that is in sync with their core values and beliefs. She dedicated her Life to helping the poor,the sick and dying around the world. She was selfless in her work with the needy and she did it based on her values.

It is about force and directions and that the force takes the right direction. Good leaders aim at the best interests and welfare of the collective. Great leaders like Mother Teresa excite,energize and stimulate;ignite collective actions and stir passion. She can sweep people along through sheer animation.
