Answer #1

1. We can be creative in commercial real estate selling but the property must have the worth for us to sell it. Bree is correct in pointing out that it is difficult to make people want to buy a property not when it is much complicated like the one mentioned. People buy properties looking at the location and price and no creativity will help in making people buy what they do not like or what seems to be not worthy of that much amount. However if the property is worth it creativity helps in gaining the competitive edge.

2. Bree can try approaching different customers and going as per their requirements. She can first make the customer like the place before going with the price. This helps in making people develop a desire to purchase the place even when it is costly.

3. Courtney can help Bree by giving training in the latest trends and techniques in the field and making her understand the meaning of creativity in the field and how it helps to gain the trust of customers . SO Courtney must encourage Bree instead of pointing her out and help her see the difference.
