First we need to estimate the sample mean and sample standard deviation of the given data

Mean = 98.25

Standard deviation (s.d) = 1.1492

From t table, for degrees of freedom n-1, 10-1, 9 and 80% confidence level, critical value t is = 1.383

Margin of error (MOE) = t*(s.d/√n)

1.383*(1.1492/√10)

= 0.50259457606

Confidence interval is given by

Mean - MOE, mean + MOE

MOE = margin of error
