The correct structures of the given compounds are :

a) HCN

Expalanation : Carbon has four valence electrons and nitrogen has five valence electrons so in order to complete the octate this will be the correct structure.

b) C2H2

Expalanation : Hydrogen has one valence electron and it can never forms a double bond. It will form one bond with carbon and the rest valency of carbon will completed by making triple bonds with another carbon in order to complete an octate rule.c) BF3

Expalanation : BF3 molecule have three fluorine molecule and each fluorine molecule has seven valence electrons. Since they required only one electron to complete it's octate. Therefore they will form only single bond with boron. Now in boron if we count there are 6 electron therefore it remain electron deficient. Backbonding from flourine lone pair helps to overcome this deficiency.
