with out air resistance both the stones will hit the ground at the same speed because even one stone is thrown upwards while it reaches to its starting postion it has same speed hence both will reach simultaneously.

but in the air resistance the first stone will hit the ground with lower speed than second because it is also suffering air resistance during travel to reach its intial position hence

option 3 and 5 are correct.
