After fair success in the domestic market, when Pluto’s Bites the dog biscuit company wants to go for international trade, the company has to consider several things so that it can gain success internationally also. These are-

1. Competition and rivals. Before moving ahead into international expansion, the company Pluto’s Bites must consider the status of its rivals in the international market. It means the company has to notice if there is any rival in the market, if there then hoe strong they are, what business strategy they are playing in the market.

2. World price and business strategy. Whenever a company wants to go global and gain international success, it must learn the price strategy so that a huge volume of customer base is built up in the global market. Moreover, if there is no demand in the market or if there it is very less then it must learn how to create demand and promote dog’s biscuits.

3. Exchange rate. The exchange rate depending on market forces fluctuates frequently. So, before entering into a new country for doing business by setting up the system there or just export the biscuits exchange rate analysis is very important.

4. Government policies. Before expanding the business into a new country, Pluto’s Bites must know if foreign governments for its business are favorable or not. This is because good response from governments is very important for business stability and success.

2. In workplaces, business projects undertaken by Pluto’s Bites in the process of going to international market should be given into diverse employees. Doing so will improve efficiency in work because different people have different skills and ideas which would help more to win the situation
