I rod abot the axis = 1/3*3MR^2 = MR^2

Idisk alout the center = 1/2*2MR^2 = MR^2

Itot = MR^2+MR^2+2M(R+R)^2

Itot = 2MR^2+8MR^2

Itot = 10MR^2
