DIBALH (Diisobutylaluminium hydride) is a reducing agent with the formula (i-Bu₂AlH)₂, where i-Bu represents isobutyl.

It reduces aldehydes, ketones to alcohol while carboxylic acids and esters are reduced to aldehyde by DIBALH.

So, among the given options only one option of reduction is present which is option (b) 'ester to aldehyde'.

So, option (b) should be the correct answer.
